Samana(이하 "앱")는 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 최소한의 정보만을 처리합니다. 시행일: 2026-07-15
1. 수집하지 않는 정보
앱은 회원가입·로그인이 없으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호·위치 등 개인을 식별하는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
2. 기기에만 저장되는 정보
언어 설정, 글자 크기, 수행 진도와 공덕, 북마크, 알림 설정 등은 이용자 기기의 로컬 저장소에만 보관되며 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 지워집니다.
3. 이용자가 공유하는 콘텐츠
"원력(소원)"과 "화두"에 직접 입력해 게시한 글은 다른 이용자와 공유되며 서버(Cloudflare)에 저장됩니다. 실명·연락처 등 개인정보를 적지 마십시오. 부적절한 글은 신고를 통해 삭제될 수 있습니다.
4. AI·음성 처리
이용자가 입력한 화두·소원·"마음 비우기" 문구는, 응답과 음성을 생성하기 위해 외부 AI(Google Gemini) 및 음성 합성(Microsoft Azure) 서비스로 전송될 수 있습니다. 해당 텍스트는 처리 목적 외로 활용되지 않으며, 앱은 원문을 별도로 보관하지 않습니다.
5. 마음 처방전 추천
입력한 글의 "감정 카테고리"만 이용자 기기에 집계·저장하여 추천에 활용합니다. 입력 원문은 저장하지 않습니다.
6. 알림
알림은 이용자 기기에서 예약·발송되는 로컬 알림이며, 서버 푸시를 사용하지 않습니다.
7. 광고·추적
앱은 광고, 제3자 추적, 분석 도구를 사용하지 않으며, 어떠한 데이터도 판매하지 않습니다.
8. 구독 결제 처리
인앱 구독(수행회원·후원회원) 결제는 이용자가 이용 중인 앱스토어(Apple App Store 또는 Google Play)를 통해 처리되며, 카드 정보 등 결제 수단은 해당 스토어가 직접 관리합니다. 앱은 카드번호 등 결제 정보를 직접 수집·저장하지 않습니다. 구독 상태를 확인하기 위해 스토어가 발급한 익명 식별자와 구독 상태 정보가 결제 관리 서비스(RevenueCat)로 전송되어 처리됩니다.
9. 아동의 개인정보
앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
10. 데이터 삭제·문의
로컬 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 지워지며, 게시한 글은 신고로 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 개인정보 관련 문의: [email protected]
Samana (the "App") respects your privacy and processes only the minimum necessary information. Effective date: 2026-07-15
1. Information we do not collect
The App has no sign-up or login and does not collect personally identifying information such as your name, email, phone number, or location.
2. Information stored only on your device
Your language setting, font size, practice progress and merit, bookmarks, and notification settings are kept only in your device's local storage and are not sent to any server. They are removed when you uninstall the App.
3. Content you share
Text you post to "Vows" and "Koans" is shared with other users and stored on our servers (Cloudflare). Please do not include personal information such as real names or contact details. Inappropriate content may be removed through reporting.
4. AI and speech processing
Koan, vow, and "Emptying the Mind" text you enter may be sent to external AI (Google Gemini) and speech synthesis (Microsoft Azure) services to generate responses and audio. This text is not used beyond that purpose, and the App does not separately retain the original text.
5. Prescription recommendations
Only the "emotional category" of your input is tallied and stored on your device to personalize recommendations. The original text you enter is not stored.
6. Notifications
Notifications are local reminders scheduled and delivered on your device; no server push is used.
7. Ads and tracking
The App uses no advertising, third-party tracking, or analytics tools, and does not sell any data.
8. Subscription billing
In-app subscription payments (Practitioner and Patron membership) are processed through the app store you use (Apple App Store or Google Play); your card and payment details are handled directly by that store. The App does not directly collect or store payment card information. An anonymous store-issued identifier and your subscription status are sent to a subscription management service (RevenueCat) to verify your membership.
9. Children's privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14.
10. Data deletion and contact
Local data is removed when you uninstall the App, and posted content can be removed on request through reporting. Privacy inquiries: [email protected]
